Requirements Before You Begin

✅ Windows PC or Laptop
✅ SP Flash Tool V5.2112 — installed on your PC
✅ LibUSB Win32 Driver OR MTK USB Driver — installed on your PC
✅ WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract downloaded files
✅ Good quality USB cable (original or braided recommended)
✅ Device battery charged to at least 40%
✅ This unlock file is only compatible with Realme C25s (RMX3195 / RMX3197)

How to Unlock Pattern & FRP on Realme C25s

Follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 – Download all required files from the table above and extract them to a folder on your PC using WinRAR or 7-Zip.

Step 2 – Install LibUSB Win32 Driver or the MTK USB Driver on your PC, then restart your computer.

Step 3 – Open the Mediatek Auth Bypass Tool, click BYPASS, then power off your device, hold Volume Up + Volume Down, and connect it via USB cable. Wait for the bypass to complete.

Step 4 – Open SP Flash Tool, click Scatter-loading, navigate to the extracted unlock file folder, and select the MT6768_Android_scatter file.

Step 5 – Click Download-Agent and select the MTK_AllInOne_DA file.

Step 6 – Go to Option → Connection, set the correct COM Port and set Baud Rate to 921600.

Step 7 – Open Device Manager on your PC to verify your device’s COM port number is correctly detected.

Step 8 – Go to the Userdata Format tab and click Manual Flash, then enter the following values:

Begin Address [HEX]: 0x2b7000000
Format Length [HEX]: 0x300000000

Step 9 – Open the Emergency Dialer and dial ***#813# to complete the first step of FRP removal.

Step 10 – Click the Start button in SP Flash Tool and wait for the process to complete. A green success indicator will appear when done.

Step 11 – Your Realme C25s is now fully unlocked and the pattern/FRP lock has been removed!
