Huawei Honor V10 BKL-AL20 Downgrade File | FRP & Huawei ID Reset Guide

If your Huawei Honor V10 (BKL-AL20) is stuck on the Google Account verification or Huawei ID screen after a factory reset, this downgrade firmware method can help you remove both the FRP lock and Huawei ID lock on your device.

This guide uses an official downgrade firmware package — BKL-AL20 9.1.0.329 — installed via SD card to reset the account lock state on your device.

⚠️ Important: Confirm your model is exactly BKL-AL20 before downloading. Check in Settings → About Phone → Model Number or on the label inside the SIM tray.

What Is FRP (Factory Reset Protection)?

Factory Reset Protection is a built-in Android security feature introduced in Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and present in all later versions including Marshmallow, Nougat, Oreo, and Pie.

FRP activates automatically when a Google Account is set up on the device. After a factory or hard reset, Android requires the original Google Account credentials before the device can be used again — preventing unauthorized access if a phone is lost or stolen.

If you remember your Google Account credentials, the easiest fix is simply signing in on the verification screen. If you’re genuinely locked out of your own device, the downgrade method below is the recommended solution.

Step 4 – Safely eject the SD card from your PC and insert it into your Huawei Honor V10.

Step 5 – Power off the device completely.

Step 6 – Hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power simultaneously and keep holding all three buttons until the screen turns on.

Step 7 – The device will automatically detect the firmware package on the SD card and begin the downgrade process. Do not remove the SD card or interrupt the process.

Step 8 – The first boot after flashing may take up to 5 minutes — this is normal. Be patient and do not force restart.
